With all the crazy talk about some Flyerman or woman (I do not discriminate), I wonder how many members here actually know who it is.

So here's a poll to sort that out.

Do you know who Flyerman is?
 
Isn't there a bit of Flyerman in each of us?
 
I step away from POA for a few hours and this is the most confused I've been.

We were visited by a crazy spammer troll today.
It was quick and messy and somewhat amazing.
He was spewing threads at an amazing rate.

It was unique.

Outrageous thread titles asking questions about lesbians, donald trump, atlanta, ebola, gay schools, and the body would be some story but the first line always the same link to some site about ebola.

The trolling was not that great but the speed with which he was able to generate new threads was admirable. :yes:

Well, put together a list of crap and run a scheduled task or script to wait 30 seconds so the forum doesn't get ****y.

So, who got ****ed off at POA and decided to do that? You know, you seem to know an awful lot about this whole situation... Kinda suspicious!

Considering how much of Pilot Spin is about POA, there's probably a thread watching that thread that you can watch to watch this thread.

Comments over there about POA are a tiny part of the discussion, and some of that was started by folks from here going over there...to stir the pot?

Of course. After all, it was started by people who thought closing the spin zone was a dumb idea. But I don't believe most of the participants bear any ill will to POA, some small part of the discussion has indeed been about the closing of the spin zone and how POA has changed, but for the most part, the discussion is about current events. And there is a lot of diverse opinion going on and folks of all persuasions. And some of them, like me, are on both venues.

I read Pilot Spin (largely for Gimp's videos), but one day a couple of weeks ago, it seemed like half of the active threads were about POA. And half of those were bitching about 6PC in one way or another.

Try again, I am sure you will find that comments about POA are miniscule, and about any particular POA person are tiny.

Initially, of course there was a lot of talk about POA because that was the incentive to start the thing up. Now that it is ongoing, not so much.

I can sense your defensive stature, but I have no dogs in this fight. It was just my observation and I stand by it.
