Got a chance to meet Katherine on Wed. when she arrived to spend some time with our large charismatic omnivorous megafauna and other assorted wildlife.
I resisted the temptation to give her one of our gov't PLB's for her hike
and I hope to be able to "do" dinner when she comes out of the wilderness on Saturday.
She picked a good week, it actually got over 70F for the first time in a long while just yesterday.
