That won't work. I know because I proved it. :)
You need a water pump and a heater core.

If you do what the guy in the video did, all you are doing is blowing hot air on that ice. It will melt in minutes.

In his room temprature living room, he is blasting the ice with 72 degree air.
In a plane in the summer, add 30-40 degrees to that

The heater core cools the air before it comes in contact with the ice.
