Party pooper alert!
From a balloon pilot relative, this is actually a contest where they take off some distance away (sometimes a mile or more) and TRY to hit the outhouse- and yes, there's only one. The other 3 have been photoshopped in (he forwarded me the original picture with only one). Note the "X" mowed into the grass.
Even knowing it's a contest, still pretty funny...
