I had foot surgery about 2 years ago and sinus surgery earlier this year. Both times I had temporary disability payments because of my "day job" for about a month each. Obviously I need to answer "yes" on the Medxpress form for my physical for having ever received disability payments, but do I need to bring anything else to my exam other than my explanation?

If you were military disabled for being shot in the foot, you'd not have any issues either.
