I tried updating the current charts on my iFly 740B ... no dice using iFly Connect. AI suggest that I copy the SD card, format it, and try again. I'm thinking I'll just deal with it until the next chart update.

Just because the FAA updated the charts doesn’t mean the various EFB folks have made them available for download.

I’m an iFly user and as if 5mins ago, they have not made the update available. Since the next chart cycle is not until 27 Nov, EFB users may be stuck with current state until then.

They are probably not going to update them until the next release cycle. ForeFlight confirmed that they are not going to release anything until the next scheduled cycle.

On my 740b, the chart colors looked okay anyway. I didn't notice the faintness apparent in other apps.

The way FF merges Sectional and TAC Charts would probably make it hard to do it until the TAC Charts are also updated.
