Pre-takeoff checklist
Well...my last PLANNED solo prior to my PP checkride, anyway. I love being able to see the results on CloudAhoy. It shows me a few things that I really need to work on *cough*following a heading*cough*.
Also flew for about 15 minutes in the rain at the end. Apparently the wings continue to generate lift in the rain! The rain turned out to be a non-event since it was rather light and the visibility never got below about 8 miles and there was plenty of ceiling (didn't check for sure but I think OVC ay about 5000).
If things continue to progress smoothly, all I have left is a stage check, end of course check (mock checkride), and the actual checkride, plus 1 or 2 more flights with my regular CFI for any "touch-up" work.
Oh and for those who want to make fun of me or are just bored...
