Detailing - OK areas

Hey all,

Have a friend that's getting an auto detailing business off the ground in a few weeks. I was telling her that Aircraft might be a good way to make some cash as well. Anyone have suggestions for her? maybe might need services?

It sounds like it could be a promising way to charge a premium for a detailing project, but I would imagine there is a fair amount of items to be aware of, beyond just don't block static and pitot.. I am not sure how well the acrylic glass would play with things like Invisible Glass, etc. cleaning icing boots, weeping wings, various intake and vent ports, etc.

I had a friend in college who ran a small car detailing business and I believe a few of his wealthier folks asked him if he would be interested in doing their planes, I am not sure if he ever took them up on though...
