Hi All:

How do I get my outlook address book on my desktop copied to my laptop?

I am networked between my desktop and laptop, but when I try and export my address book I get questions that I don't know how to answer.

Export as comma separated. Copy that file. Import on the new system.

Stop using Outlook.

You can also download the latest Microsoft Active Sync and set up a "guest partnership" with your laptop.
You will get a pop-up menu asking if you want to import all your contacts.

Export your contacts as an Excel file. Transfer it to the laptop by email or sneakernet, and import the Excel file into the laptop Outlook file.
