That sounds like a great service, especially for someone on the go - maybe a businessman who wants to delegate the task when his schedule is tight.

Do you have any concerns about liability in providing the service?

Do I have icing over me?
No cheating with sigmets, pireps, or CIP/FIP use:

Same question - How about KTTF in southeast Michigan? Icing aloft?

I'm guessing no... due to a temperature inversion aloft to above 5000' (if I'm reading the sounding correctly); then the temp/dewpoint spread gets you above the overcast, so no icing.

And I agree with the others--your report to the Elite member was fantastic.

You win.
I had the advantage of seeing water products stuck to my car!

If I remember correctly, Marfa is just shy of 5,000 ft elevation. You are in the colder air behind the front, so I don't anticipate a temperature inversion. So, a ceiling of 1,500 feet and a dry adiabatic lapse rate of 3°C/1,000 feet, I'd say you've got a pretty good chance of icing in those clouds (above 7,000 feet MSL) with a 2°C surface temperature.
