There were no hiccups because you did not disclose a potentially disqualifying condition. Being treated with a SSRI medication requires some kind of diagnosis. The FAA assumes that physicians do things correctly. Any condition would require years of SSRI use would be disqualifying until you go through their process. I recommend you ground yourself, find out what the real diagnosis was, and the prepare for a new exam with the FAA to get a valid medical with all conditions fully disclosed. Otherwise this may very well come back and bite you later.
 
@bbchien or @lfbjrmd may be able to give some insight on correcting the record. Generally the FAA looks positively on self-reporting to correct, but the details of the SSRI usage and associated diagnosis will still need to be dealt with.

Ignoring it will not solve the problem.
