Delayed PM Notification

My eMail notifications for PMs are coming in anywhere from 6-24 hours late, sometimes not at all. This has been going on for about a week.

I noticed that yesterday, but I thought it was my mail service provider.

Is this just a POA thing, or is it more general. I have been getting all sorts of message alerts late. I just thought it was AT&T.
