I have a David Clark Pro-X headset, and the swivel on the boom mike needs to be tightened up, it will not stay in position and droops down. I called DC, and they said it is not a consumer level fix. They also said it is an 8 week turn around for repairs right now. They think it can be fixed quicker, but can't guarantee anything. I need this headset for work, so I can't be without it for that long. Does anyone have any idea how invasive of an operation it is to get to the spot to make the adjustment?
