DC Pilots: Is the Dulles Downwind Transition still given?

I'm trying to figure the best/most likely routing to HEF from the northeast. Will Potomac let FLIBs thread the needle between IAD & DCA, or am I likely stuck getting the Great Western Tour?

I got the east side transition VFR about a year ago. Can’t speak to more recent routing.

Yes. See my recent flight from Thursday. I posted about this on Smokehouse Pilots Facebook group as well. If traffic permitting (ie not during the push of inbound international heavies), they’ll give it to you. I flew it from VKX to JYO at 8:30 in the morning and the reverse at 4:30 pm.

Load TICON and TRING waypoints in your route and have a backup plan if your request is denied. Flew at 2,500 each way.
