I was watching some youtube vids and came across this, specifically the Thai A380 (starts at 3:00). It seems like they don't correct enough for a strong left crosswind right at the flare and almost planted the right wing into the ground. Those right mains were about to give out it looks like.

Is it me or was this a near accident?

That certainly wasn't pretty, but I can't really judge how close the wing/engine was from the ground.

Any landing you walk away from is a good landing.

It was not a near accident and I think the camera angle and background made it look closer than it actually was.

Eh not bad at all. Keep looking, you'll find even better ones on youtubey.

I thought maybe a gust of wind took some air from under the right wing but when I looked closer, this is pilot-induced, the right aileron deflected upward and then the wing dropped.
Those gears are designed to take a beating.

Somehow, I suspect "go fly with Sac" never was on Greg's daily checklist to begin with.
