Dammit AOPA....

The same case said that the jury can hear that you suddenly clammed up as if that was evidence of your guilt. :mad2:

And don't forget that lying to a fed is a crime itself...and you can't record the interview or have a lawyer present. They will write down what you said and file a report that serves as the record they can hang you with.

Most of the recent court cases say you can record the cops.

Now it goes to "page not found" link at AOPA.

Man, they are right on top of things.

not...

Perhaps they forgot to sign up for their own legal services plan. ;)

Keeping the Yodices in the manner to which they are accustomed, isn't cheap.

Hmmmm... Did AOPA load up the Yodices into N4GA and fly right down to rescue that poor glider pilot from Barney Fife in South Carolina..:nonod::no::nonod:........

Probably had the Citation in Vail for some Skiing... errrrr.. A pilot town hall meeting..

Which is why you don't ever go to the 'station' - if you are not there -you can't say anything stupid.

99%? If that were true, just about every evidentiary hearing would result in the evidence being excluded, which is not what happens in the court system.
Now I suppose you can claim all the cops lie, but really, are you going to risk your job and pension to put some guy carrying some weed in plane in jail?

in the case of aircraft searches prob 98% reveal nothing. So there is no case. Now we are down to 1%, right? Just making sure the math is right. there are lots of facts after the 99% number than need to be found - one of which is that there is a reason for a motion to quash. If they search you and find nothing - what are you going to do about it. . . .
