Dallas area hangars with nearby reliable mx

So, a friend of mine is likely moving a "working" aircraft up to the Dallas area. Any of y'all in the Metroplex know of a good place with hangar availability and a decent MX facility on the field?

With the metroplex being so large in land area, is there a preferred sector?

And what aircraft? Since he might want someone really familiar with his type.
 
The MX at 52F are great! Several to choose from.

Not sure. I'd personally think somewhere like Grand Prairie would work, but still looking into the best options.

Efinger Aviation at Hicks (T67) is highly recommended by those who've done business there.

Ha! that's because you're talking to the wrong person. They have a lot of empty hangers out there they are just owned by two different people who don't get along. if you call one guy and his are full he's not going to let you know that the other guy has some available. there is a man out there named John Shackleford he has a bunch of hangers available

Thanks! That's why I'm asking here. Never know who the "right persons" are to ask unless you can tap into local knowledge.

If your friend is here for a long time, I know of an enclosed t-hangar with concrete floor and power that is for sale @ 52F

And a guy with a multi-plane hangar might have a C177 sized parking spot opening up. Not sure on when or rent $$ but willing to provide contact info if desired.
