We have put up a new listing at the AOPA partnership site (Listing ID: 18918).

We are three looking for one additional co-owner for a 2006 or 2007 Diamond DA40 to be based at KRBD. Buy-in is $45K-50K (cash, no aircraft lien) with $228/month fixed costs (hangar, insurance, non-sched maintenance reserve, data subscriptions and admin) and up to $40/hr variable cost (TBO reserve). Each is responsible for own fuel & oil. Expect to hangar airplane and contract with Diamond service center for maintenance. Forced sale will occur at three years after purchase unless unanimously agreed to an extension. Three existing partners have between 130 and 260 hrs and are all instrument rated. UPDATE 12/21/2011

We now have four partners lined up, all IFR and all cash buy-ins. So we are now in the LLC formation stage and of course we are seriously shopping for our new baby. We have discussed bringing in one more partner and have unanimously agreed that if the right pilot comes along we would accept them. So we have one seat still available but we will be favoring cash buyers with instrument ratings or higher. Financing will not be available (no lien on aircraft).
