Is the border within waking distance? Does it have all the usual "Mexican border town" tourist stuff?

Is the border within waking distance? Does it have all the usual "Mexican border town" tourist stuff?

Don't know much about the area, but I do have a friend from Calexico. She says the airport Mexican restaurant is really great. And the border is a 15 minute walk from the airport. Have a good trip!

Get the Carne Asada, you won't regret it. Everything is good at Rosa's but the carne asada and cabreria are both great.

FYI, the restaurant was good.

There is a large outlet mall right across the street. The ladies are enjoying it...
