I have an idea for a feature that might be of interest to many here who are waiting on a new certificate (like myself currently).
Instead of repeatedly hitting the IACRA site to get the latest update on our permanent ticket, it would be cool if somewhere near the top of the main POA forum page there was the current IACRA processing date (e.g. December 20, 2015 at the moment).
I made a small app for myself to extract that date programmatically (the FAA webpage inserts it by Javascript) and would be glad to help if needed, but I am sure the POA site gurus can figure it out on their own.
I think this would make the site a bit cooler, and might even draw some newcomers here, plus it might give some people an extra incentive to make use of that cool new feature by getting off their behind and getting a new rating.
