Looking for ballpark prices, per sf for a metal structure on concrete.
    Electricity & overhead LEDs.
    Electric bifold.
No insulation, no plumbing, no interior finishing; bare building.
Any reports in the 2500-10000sf range would help.
So many possible variations- try not to overthink it, shoot out a number
    Materials & labor.

Mueller Steel buildings will do a 60x40 for about a buck and a quarter depending how far they have to travel.

    Sprinkler required by local government?

What are electric requirements per local regs?

level concrete slab which conforms to local standards? What about drainage (storm water, hundred year floods)

is this at public airfield or extra space at your house or on private property or ?

legal use wherever it goes? I knew someone who needed a traffic plan (ridiculous money just for a study nevermind a plan) because she wanted to teach at her house

Wind loading requirements (impacts the building member sizes) and site prep are going to be your biggest unknowns in your pricing. Figure that out , then go to a prefab builders site and ask. They'll quote you buildings all day long.

Literally exact same situation in Southern WI. We had:

    50x50x12 Wood building - 105k
    Concrete 25k
    Excavating 5k
    Apron (included in concrete)
    Hangar door 15k
    Hangar door install 5k
    Total: ~155k

Ended up buying one for significantly less.
