Hi everyone.
Brand new, CTLSIi / Jubilee, 40Hrs, when fuel on Both only uses fuel from right tank, when in flight or when resting on a flat surface never equalizes, 15 Gal in the left 0 (zero) in the right.
It also has a very high fuel pressure (too high / redlines), the Aux. pump is on, but recommended during take off by the POH. Many other problems, mostly cosmetic, Locks cannot be unlocked from baggage doors, entry Doors very difficult to lock, etc, but this fuel issue required an aborted take off. Both CB1 and CB2 Warning lights were Red, indicating that the Computer found some issues, but none were shown / described.
Any ideas? Thank you. TV

YUCK.....

That airframe needs to be "sorted out"......

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Flight Design still offer at least 5 hours of transition training? Weren't the problems addressed then? I bought a new CTSW back in 2007 and the local dealer sorted out most of the issues before I took delivery and a few afterwords quickly.

Ditto on Fast Eddies post. Not much LSA help here.
CTs have 3-5 year warranty, and Flight Design is known to fix things outside of that time frame.

Any ideas? Yeah, contact the manufacturer, either through the dealer network or directly. Unless there's something odd going on, the aircraft is under warranty.

I certainly wouldn't be trying to fly it.

CT has the reputation for good customer support, also Go over to the CT board, these issues have probably been discussed before. The ct guys are always willing to help.
