Final Approach
Flew to HLG and back today to pick up a couple dogs for a local greyhound rescue. Cruising east bound at 7500 I got a great demonstration vertical separation. TIS went off before I picked up the cessna retract coming strait at me head on, but at 8,000 ft. Guess he was IFR
