That was actually a very good, accurate narration of the video.

That first jet (that was replayed several times) looks more like wind shear, not just a strong crosswind.

This reminds me of a part time worker here. He came up to me the other day and said he was near a small airport thinking he was about to witness a plane crash. When I asked him why he thought that, he said it was really windy and the plane was "sideways". I asked if the plane landed, he said yes, and I explained that a crosswind approach can look a little strange from the ground.
