On 8/20, I ordered a strobe controller for my experimental. On 8/21, they withdrew the money from my account. Other than the auto-generated "we received your order" email, I have not received anymore communication from them. I have tried multiple ways to contact them. I have emailed them at least 5 times, I have used their messaging system on their website 4 or 5 times all with no luck. I could not find a phone number on their website. I'm not sure what to do next....
To be fair, I ordered from them in 2022 and didn't have any issues.
Seems like they have gone dark comms.
Wondering if anyone here has ordered from them recently?

Crazed pilot is a company run by one or 2 people. They do a very poor job at communicating and from time to time just completely stop responding. I ordered several of their headsets to use as passenger headsets. I had quite a process in actually getting the item that I had ordered. First they shipped the incorrect item, then they claimed they did not receive the return after sent back. Then the ones I actually wanted were out of stock. All said it was several months till I actually received the item I had ordered. Now to be fair I am happy with the headset purchase, they were probably the cheapest place to buy an ANR headset.

Your options are either be patient, I would give them 30 days to respond. Or file a claim with your credit card company and buy your items elsewhere.

Of course my experience is not recent, so who knows what might have happened.

Maybe they didn’t have it in stock and are waiting for it from there suppliers?
Either way they should have responded sooner to you. Sounds like bad customer service?
Could call your credit card company.

Thanks for the replies. Ironically, I just received an email from them. They are in fact out of stock on the item that I ordered. They offered a refund which I accepted as I need to get my hands on a wig wag controller. This wouldn't have been an issue for me if only they had communicated.
Now I have to find a wig wag/steady on control module for my experimental....
