Crabapples?

A client of mine gave me these mini apples that are a little bit bigger than an apricot, but smaller than a plum. They are red/pink with a yellow hue. They are so GOOD!!! They taste in between an apple and a cherry, with a pucker taste of a pomegranate. I was wondering if these were crabapples. I heard that crabapples tasted horrible, so I'm not sure if they are or not. My client is not sure what they are either. They got them from another client. I looked for them at the store, but no luck. I want to find out what they are cause I want MOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!

I'm guessing it's just a small variety of regular apple. I've got a really sweet type of crab and it's quite a bit smaller and though tasty, not really super yummy.

For some reason that pic makes the apple look huge. Its really only the size of a golf ball, maybe a tiny bit bigger.

You know, it does!! Them stem does seem kinda like in between a cherry stem and an apple stem.
