I have an unused set of Cee Bailey cowl plugs that do not fit my plane (a '66 172). IIRC, they work with the slightly older 172s. These are pointy-er whereas the ones that fit mine are more round. Unfortunately they are stitched with my N number, but a sharp eye and an even sharper scissors could remove it. Alternatively, you could color them in and reduce their visibility.

These were @ $70 new. Will you take them for $25 + shipping?

can you take a better picture of what they look like layed out? I'm having a hell of a time finding some to fit my '56 172. It has 4 holes

I absolutely will. They are in my hangar so tomorrow I'll go out and get some better pix. I hate to see them go to waste but I have no use for them.

I will take them, I believe they'll fit our 1965 F
I sent you PM
Thanks,

Btw, I don't they will fit the 4 hole early 172
