Been looking at the FAA guidance on monthly PT/INR testing. My doctor advised me to test ever 4-6 weeks and I did so usually closer to the 6 week side. Does anyone know if the FAA will accept that I've had consistency within therapeutic ranges even though some are about six weeks apart vs monthly?
