Is there any way to get a copy of the form submitted for my last medical? It's been 4 years and change, and I honestly don't remember what i put down on it.

Unless your AME's office staff kept a printed copy in your file, no there is not a way to retrieve it from the MedXpress system.

Which is why it's a good idea to "print" a PDF file and save to your harddrive before you submit or leave the MedXpress system.

The PDF file works well for me because the PDF reader I use permits copying the info, and I can paste into the appropriate slot when filling out the new form. Makes things such as the Dr. visits get done faster.
