Copper State Flyin ???

I'm new to Arizona and am contemplating the Copper State Flyin. Can anyone give me a review like WOW or Yawn or perhaps UGH.

Some of my neighbors in the airpark are skipping the Copper State event, but fly up to Washington for the event at Arlington.

I'm well familiar with the Arlington Flyin having lived in Tacoma, WA for a number of years.

If you've been to both, how about a comparison.

I went once, but it was late enough on a Sunday that they were no longer charging admission. There wasn't much to see at that time. I'm hoping to stop by Friday afternoon.

I'd pick Arlington over Casa Grande any day. Copperstate is mostly a yawn.

When was the last time you went? It's better than you think and getting better all the time.

I have never been, but several friends in the experimental groups really like it. The last airplane I owned was the 2005 Copper States Reserve Grand Champion.
