The CWSU National METAR map. You can see an overview of color-coded METAR data for the entire US, or use the drop-down at the top to zoom into a specific ARTCC Center, which will show airspace, too. Hover over any station to see it's report.

Kind of like Jesse's, as far as showing plots of historical data, up to 7 days; once hovered over current data for a station, click with your mouse to pull up trending graphs and raw data (again, color coded) for the past 24 hours; there's a link at the top of that page to show the past 7 days if you want to see a longer trend.
