I wonder what the people on the bridge are thinking.
At that time of day, the traffic is nomally very slow moving over all of the downtown bridges, but it was completely stopped as that thing moved by. The storm system moved from the SE to the NW. Fortunately, the waterspout never crossed over the bridge!
 
people in the mid west know to be scared..

people on the bridge don't know to be scared..

I would not want to be on the bridge when that hits.

Seeing one of those while flying under the cloud line spawning it gets your attention too!

Isn't that because the general rule is to stop and wait when you see a tornado or waterspout? As in, don't run from one because it's safer to wait for it to come kill you. :yikes: I never understood that one...
