Wow, that chopper landing was a synchronized work of art. I suppose getting the bird strapped down fast is pretty key in heavy seas.

The pilot had some skills too...

That was about dead calm as far as seas go. At night in bad weather it can get very interesting. You will notice that the helo kept the rotors turning at high speed until the LSO (out of frame) recalled the deck crew and signaled all secure.
