Helps to visualize how shapes interact with air. A CFI showed this to me, saying he uses this to demonstrate how an aerofoil creates lift, how adding a flap changes things, how angle of attack changes things, and why some guy named Bernoulli is important to carburetors.

There is a free version, but the paid one allows for movement of what you have drawn and saving the drawing.

And these static pictures don't really do this app justice since it really shines with the movement of the particles or smoke.
