So I am thinking about writing a cookbook geared to pilots. I have some ideas, such as a unique recipe for breakfast, cheeseburger for lunch, things like that. I would really appreciate some feedback as to things you would like to see in this book, or maybe a cool $100 hamburger. Any feedback would really be appreciated.

Eggs Benedict (or a number of variations with bacon, cheese, tomatos, spinach). Chile, good any time. Great American Grilled Cheese (Thick french toast, 3 cheese, grilled tomatos, BACON). Bread pudding for dessert.

Since a lot of us seem to fly out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Maybe a list of recipes that match as close as possible to an airport joint favorite? Like "Biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns like the XYZ airport cafe"? Or "Blackberry Pie from ABC cafe?"

I know pancakes and fly-ins go hand-and-hand, and it seems like you can always get a good hotdog at an airshow. Thanks for the feedback so far guys.
