SO... was wondering what's going on out there in the maintenance world by those affected with the Continental AD, particularly with SR22's. Service delays getting into the shop, delays for parts, tools, etc.? I'm hoping to get my plan in the shop this month but had to do some hard bargaining to do so.
So far, has the "inspection" found any improperly installed retainers? I'm wondering the ratio on this. Can't seem to get any reliable data other than "engines are being inspected".
