Line Up and Wait
Concerning HIMS issues, one can conjure FAA thinking from their letters back and forth to airmen. To be successful this airman's case will very likely be full HIMS with rehab treatment and lengthy documented sobriety. I usually have 2 or three of these a week from the FAA. It is then time to sit and discuss with airman his desires and intentions. SI's work similar. Present case ... await instructions ... proceed.
