Concrete/cinderblock paints?

What is the current best one?
I know they've done miracles with latex in the last few years.
Or is epoxy still better? (pls give brand and name of paint)
(small area exposed to water, price not important.)

Epoxy for the floor for sure.. water based paints are good but lack durability...

Epoxy gets my vote.

First coat should be Block filler. Kinda like painting with mayonnaise, but fills in all the tiny pin holes. A corner hardware store won't have it, but a paint store where the pros buy paint will.
