Computer 'Runtime Error' message???

About four days ago, this miserable error message started popping up:

What is it, what does it mean, and how do I fix it???

Then you can't open a Windows .bmp file so why worry?

Type the error into Google and see what is said about it.

Turn off the indexing service on your computer. See:

That is a bizzare error message. I have no clue.

I tried searching through the Windows help files, got no where.....next computer will probably be a Mac.
