Is there any interest in the N. Oregon area for combining activities during a PNP mission? With a bit of collaboration, I see a triple-benefit:
1) Animals get the transport they need
2) I get some hood-time (in training for IFR)
3) Safety pilot gets to log time too (as a necessary crew member)

I'm based in Aurora (KUAO) and fly a Grumman Tiger.

Unfortunately, not too many PNP flights are up here, but they surface often enough to make this worthwhile - if anyone is interested. I haven't heard this discussed on the PNP board, which is a bit surprising.

Cheers to all,
Ted

I'm in Bend. I'm not currently a Pilots and Paws pilot, though, so I can't do much "combining activities". But if you're headed this way and need help, feel free to get ahold of me.

Ted,

Sure, if you're able. I covered my long IFR X-C during a pilots n paws flight.

We get plenty of flights in New England, but many fall through since the first leg or two from the South East is tough to fill...
