Why don't you buy it back?

Lemmee tell ya, Brian; if I didn't have serious funds tied up in real estate in your fine city; and if semi-retirement cash-on-hand were to be foot-looser and fancy-free(er), I'd buy her back. She flew beautifully. However, presently the pictured a/c(I've reduced the file sizes) is smiling at me; and for 23k less than my old Skyhawk I think it'll fit quite nicely and be less expensive to maintain.
