Looking for current actual (not just advertised) lease rates for community hangar rates in the Houston area big enough for large turbine/jets.

IWS, TME, CXO, DWH, SGR, even HOU or EFD as far as specific airports.

What are the rates? Are rates based on type? Square foot (span x length)?

Any help appreciated.
