The owner now put the plane on a 135 certificate, who can change the tire now?
Now that it’s on the 135, can you even fly the plane with your qualifications? IFR?

What is a GOM?
Do they carry the same weight as the FAR?
I wouldn't expect any of the above to be on a commercial pilot checkride. You don't need to know Part 135 except to know when something is part 135 (and you thus do not qualify).
And since the OP requested more conversation about the following questions, I'm gonna kick it off:

How long should a pilot resume be?
One, very clean page... And most of that page isn't important. Here's what I want to know when I look at a resume: Do you meet the qualifications?
I want to be able to easily find your certificate(s), ratings and endorsements. And, I want to easily be able to tell how much time you have in the categories asked for in the listing
Personally, I do the latter by having a small three-column table: Description, Total time, PIC time are the columns. Then, the rows are total, turbine, multi, night, instrument, XC, anything they ask for in the job listing. Then the numbers are Total time, PIC time, Turbine, Turbine PIC, Multi, Multi PIC, etc. If you have time in the types they fly, list time in type as well.
I don't really care if you mowed the grass at podunk muni, but I guess HR probably does.
Do you pay for a type rating for a job?
F no! They may want you to sign a contract in exchange for training, but it's worth talking with a labor & employment attorney in your state to see whether it's even enforceable.
Name 5 items that you should always have (ie rubber band etc)
Phone, credit card, headset, flashlight, sunglasses.
