Not to intrude on Mother's Day, any ideas for Saturday? Winds seem to have calmed down a bit, and the weekend looks good.

I'm probably grounded with bad struts. The left one seems to have lost it's will to extend and the front one is leaking oil. Doubt R & B get to it before the weekend since parts had to be ordered.

Every time I think the aircraft is running out of parts to rebuild/replace, something else comes up. I suppose that when everything is renewed it'll just be time to start over...maybe I should just buy a second airplane...one to be worked on and one to fly.

I'll be around. Haven't been to Scottsbluff for awhile. If the winds/wx hold in that direction.

Sorry, I can't wander that far from base on Saturday (or Sunday).

Eric - thanks for reminding me - will you be able to bring the Jabiru to FTG on the 14th for the Expo?

Well, you could go slumming and ride with one of us.

Planning on it, even if I have to bring the plane down the day before. Jabiru sent me some brochures and price lists. They won't make it since there demonstrator was trashed at SnF. They are selling airplanes though. At least 10 since I was there in November. If you bought today they would deliver in August.

Flew to Canon City and back today. I know how the Jabiru does in moderate now. Not bad just different. It was 20G30 when I got home.

Turns out the FNL pilots association, the FBO and flight school are trying to have an airport day. I didn't hear about it until today but I want to stick around and 'open the hangar'. Here's the info I recieved.

Thanks, I'd likg see FNL become more of a GA type airport and it seems to be heading in that direction.

I think the MX curse moved from my airplane to yours. You need to find a willing candidate to take it off your hands!
