Ground is a full day at BJC, with an extensive flight (usually 4-6 hours) the next day or whenever you'd like to schedule it.
Counts as a BFR! This is NOT backcountry such as the program in Idaho but emphasizes flying in mountainous terrain, high altitude airport issues, safety & emergencies, etc.
