I just took the neuropsych test yesterday. Seemed to have gone well, doc said I'll get some results back in a few days. Not sure how anyone could fail the cogscreen, it was essentially a retard test. There was a brief math section which was like 4 questions. The "core battery" or whatever it was called had a few tests that I understand why people start crying/freak out and leave in the middle of the test (based on anecdotal stories I've read of people who've taken these tests). If you aren't able to think quickly and remember numbers, you are just going to quickly lose track and fail every single question, e.g. one of the tests you had to do simple addition while remembering the previously said number and add it to a future number and were bombarded with these numbers for ~30 seconds. Then having to repeat the test again at a faster frequency. Another test had some children's blocks with shapes you needed to arrange to match a picture (lol), but in fairness I did not get the final one correct and ran out of time. To be honest I'm not convinced the last one was even possible, it seems like they might've just been interested to see your reaction at not solving the problem. One test which caught me by surprise was just drawing a picture... they give you a picture to draw and have ~10 minutes to duplicate it onto another piece of paper, then around 30 minutes later they ask you to draw it again, then another hour or so later you have to draw it a third time. Fairly complicated picture, and after another hour they ask you to identify parts of the picture shown on separate sheets of paper. Overall I enjoyed the test, I feel fortunate as the total cost was the low low price of ONLY $2440. Still feels like a rip off as the entirety of the test was done by a tech assistant, with maybe a 10 minute chat with the doctor.

Don't be so confident that you did well, I hope you did.
....Yeah that price is at the higher end of what it costs....mind tell us where it was done....(?)

Geez. That price is cheap! I paid $3000 in Dallas. My next one that I'm scheduled for is $3500. I'm probably gonna cancel it. What a waste of money.
