Coffman starter for lycoming?

Anyone ever come across a Coffman starter or similar for a lycoming?

I totally admit it's not super practical, but thought it'd be awesome for an aircraft without an electrical system / starter. I've only ever seen them on bigger things.

I seem to recall reading that they were very hard on the engine, so they were used for emergencies, but not for routine starting.

But I did toy with the idea of building one powered by a .22 blank to start a PPG engine...
