Way back in 2012 I took my little Warrior from Seattle to S.CA to AZ to Knoxville,TN to S.FL around the Gulf across TX, NM, AZ, S.CA, and back up to Seattle. 6600 NM in 68 solo, hand-flown flight hours over about a month. I wrote it up, mostly for myself. It tracks the odyssey from hare-brained idea through flight planning to execution, and a postscript. It's long, has photos, and was the impetus for a nascent literary career. Since that trip I've written 4 complete novels (better written) with more in progress. Likely available in 2020.

Here is the flight log. Some may find it interesting, perhaps useful:

Nice trip. I remember 2012, I used to own a Warrior II that year as well. Put 265 hours on it, 420NM at a time. I remember AvGas being quite pricier that year compared to the last 4 or so years, at least here in South Central CONUS.
