Cloud Bases MSL AGL Confusion

I'm confused.

I had thought that all radio broadcasts of ATIS or AWOS listed cloud ceilings in AGL feet. For the printed/transmitted material, I assumed that it was always MSL. Since my home airport is at 53 feet (as is most of the area) that wasn't really an issue.

Which (AGL or MSL) is used for:
METAR published
ASOS/AWOS radio
ATIS
TAF
FA

All METARS/TAFS/ASOS/AWOS/ATIS, etc, list cloud bases in AGL

Tops of clouds are reported in MSL in PIREPS or Area Forcasts.
