Climbing Mount Everest is easy!

I was watching that show, "Everest, Beyond the Limit." One guy had almost fallen a long way, but his safety line caught him. Yikes!
He looks pretty scared.
Don't these people know about the elevator on the other side of Everest that takes you right to the top? I read about it in a Dave Barry book.

I watched most of that series last year, just haven't been able to catch any of it this year.

I thought it was pretty fascinating. I didn't know that those climbers have a much higher risk of heart-attacks and strokes due to their increased blood viscosity because of the extra red blood cells their bodies produce for those altitudes.

Another thing you learn from that show is just how many bodies are up there.
